The Grove

Our largest waterfront venue. Accommodates up to 220 guests and includes an auditorium, classrooms, lounge area, and game room.
Upstairs features two dorm rooms with bathrooms, sleeping 10–12 guests each. Includes Internet and AV system.


Perfect for retreats, conferences, and large group events.

Dining Hall

Spacious dining area with a water view.
Seats up to 140 guests and includes a fully equipped commercial kitchen attached for meal preparation and service. Includes Internet.

Ideal for banquets, retreats, workshops, and large group meals.

Cabins

Six total cabins. Each cabin includes two rooms, with each room sleeping 10–12 guests, plus bathrooms and showers in every cabin.


Ideal for overnight retreats and group lodging.

How To Book

Start by submitting the form below with your event details, preferred dates, and any specific needs you have. Our team will check availability and contact you with next steps to help you move forward.

    • Full Day: $1,000

    • Half Day (4-5 hrs; Weekday Use Only): $550

    • Weekend (Fri-Sun): $2,000

    • Cleaning Fee: $200

    • Full Day: $750

    • Half Day (4-5 hrs; Weekday Use Only): $400

    • Weekend (Fri-Sun): $1,500

    • Cleaning Fee: $150

  • Per Room: $250/night

    • Per Cabin: $500/night

    • Weekend (Fri-Sun, 2 nights): $900/cabin

    • Cleaning Fee: $50/room

    • Swimming Pool- available Memorial Day- Labor Day (Lifeguard + Waivers Required)

  • To finalize a booking the following must be provided:

    • Signed Contract

    • Certificate of Insurance

    • 25% Deposit required to secure your date; full payment due 2 weeks prior to the event.
